In honor of Women’s History Month, we present Amanda Cole: The historic Victorian Belle Mansion was built in 1885 as a gift from David C Cole to his wife, Amanda. Constructed of lumber milled entirely from the property, the original building costs came to $8000, a large sum in those days. #victorianhouse #victorianwoman #1885 #womenshistorymonth #portlandhistory #portlandwomen #portlandweddingvenue
